Responsibilities & Context:
  • Will be responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy, producing a yearly communication calendar plan, liaising with senior management about marketing related issues, at the same time cultivating a positive working relation with stakeholders of the hospital
  • Will be expected to formulate and implement public relations strategies, select and manage communications with external agencies, as well as develop media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities
  • Ensuring and monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement
  • To carry out market research at repeated intervals inside & outside hospital among patients/visitors/healthcare providers/employees, in order to keep up to date with customer expectations, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • To develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print and online platforms to ensure that Hospital services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of Hospital campaigns
  • To analyze the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports with post-marketing qualitative & quantitative impact data
  • To supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding & repute
  • Should be a team player, meeting healthcare providers and colleagues to take input and working with agencies
  • To manage budgets as per expectation and commitment
  • To organize events such as product launches, commemoration, video and photo shoots
