∎ Bhumijo is looking for an energetic, passionate mind to contribute as Marketing Manager. The key objective of the position is to work on strategies and to reach potential customers and partners.
∎ Workstation: Head Office at Banani DOHS, Dhaka
∎ Reporting supervisor: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
∎ Immediate Subordinate(s): N/A
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare marketing strategies and execution the strategies
∎ Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Content plan for social media (Facebook, Linked In, website)
∎ Image or video selection for social media posting, give requirements for taking images/videos
∎ Content creation with support from the creative team (Weekly average 4 contents need to be ready, 1 video per month)
∎ Social media posting, replying to messages/comments
∎ Provide internal reports on social media insights and analytics on a regular basis (bi-weekly)
∎ Regular website updates and write-ups for the website (monthly)
∎ Content preparation and circulation of a newsletter (quarterly)
∎ Content creation and posting for events (quarterly 1 event)
∎ Coordinate with external outsourced marketing activities
∎ Support the operation team for promotional activities.
∎ Support and coordination Documentation of (video and Photography)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Professional knowledge using Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to derive business growth.
∎ Good writing and communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ graphic design skills using Photoshop, illustrator, etc. (Training will be provided if needed)
∎ Video editing and photography will be considered as an added qualification.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
