Experience:

About the Role
Daffodil Japan IT Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy, enhance student enrollment for language and consultancy services for both Student and Job Visa, and grow brand awareness both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements.
Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions.
Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers.
Contact potential customers through emails, calls, and home visits to create product/service awareness.
Employ knowledge of company goals in carrying out marketing operations.
Assessing students/clients` personal characteristics, skills and interests via phone call, one-to-one interviews or group sessions.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media), exhibitions and promotional events.
Providing appropriate help, advice and recommendations based on interviews/test results;
Counsel and Admit students and filing their documents.
Conducting seminars/workshops/job fair etc.
Helping students/clients to solve problems and manage their own careers.
Aiding clients in their search for appropriate employment.
Writing action plans, reports and careers literature.
Daily report to the higher management
Phone call & data base management.
Any other related work assigned by the management.
Manage vendor and agency relationships; evaluate emerging marketing technologies.
Support events, webinars, and stakeholder (e.g. student, partner) engagement.
Provide leadership in marketing strategy and execution.
