Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routine duties: Preparation of promotional materials, formulation of strategy, monthly product presentation and need to capable working under pressure.
∎ Providing all Printed Promotional Materials to field forces.
∎ Preparation of training module of assigned brands, cycle plan, question bank, product training manual.
∎ Preparing analysis of weekly, monthly & quarterly product wise sales to find the Regional, Zonal sales status & formulate product strategy to achieve the budget of the assigned products.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment, objectives, and market characteristics.
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. Ensure achievement of monthly sales target in value/volume.
∎ Monitor team activities/ performance & motivate team to reach the target.
∎ Build your team members as self-motivated, self-starter and high-energy team staff.
∎ Arrange new clients for our company.
∎ Analyze sales activity & find out New Sources & Clients.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.
