Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast the yearly sales and expense budget to meet the organizational objective.
∎ Plan, arrange, and coordinate marketing support to the sales team for achieving their set sales budget within the allocated Product Promotion (PP) expenses and to review periodically for achieving the forecasted sales target.
∎ Develop strategic decisions for launching most feasible/suitable new products to enrich product range basket.
∎ Conduct market research, Rx survey and take necessary strategic decisions.
∎ Coordinate and ensure logistics support to factory for smooth supply of existing products and production of new products.
∎ Approve the scientific and marketing messages of products to the FFs for proper positioning.
∎ Coordinate and create good working relationship with factory, PPIC, Accounts & Finance, Sales and Distribution department of proper execution of marketing objectives of the company.
∎ Supervise and coordinate drug regulatory and narcotic regulatory activities.
∎ Analyze the product wise achievement and convey.
∎ Monitor and give directives to marketing team for ensuring maximum output.
∎ Supervise and coordinate symposium and medical service activities.
∎ Supervise proper product communication through Action Plan and implementation of strategy by the FFs according to the action plan.
∎ System developments like MIS, monitoring and documentations that will help for proper marketing management.
