Additional Requirements:

Skills & Qualifications.

    • Minimum 5-7 years experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or international student recruitment.
    • Strong network within Bangladeshi universities, colleges, and student communities.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English & Bangla. (Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable)
    • Ability to plan, execute, and lead multiple marketing activities independently.
    • Knowledge of Chinese universities, scholarships, and admission processes is an advantage. (optional)
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, CRM systems, and data analysis.



Responsibilities & Context:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing plans to promote higher education opportunities in China.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, student preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Set monthly/annual recruitment targets and create strategies to achieve them.

University & Institutional Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Bangladeshi universities, colleges, schools, and educational partners.
  • Organize campus events, seminars, presentations, and collaboration programs to increase visibility.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with institutions for long-term recruitment pipelines.

Student Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute student recruitment campaigns across digital, on-ground, and referral channels.
  • Conduct information sessions, education fairs, webinars, and counseling events to attract quality applicants.
  • Manage inquiry pipelines, follow-up processes, and conversion strategies to maximize enrollment.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising for student acquisition.
  • Create impactful content such as brochures, videos, promotional posts, and success stories.
  • Monitor performance data and optimize digital activities for higher ROI.

Branding & Market Presence

  • Strengthen the brand’s presence across academic institutes and the education sector.
  • Coordinate PR, media exposure, and influencer collaboration relevant to student mobility.
  • Represent the organization at fairs, exhibitions, and seminars nationwide.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Track and report marketing KPIs, conversion metrics, campaign performance, and recruitment achievements.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate student and partner data.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
