Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Review visa applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

  2. Verify documents in accordance with embassy/consulate guidelines.

  3. Input applicant data into the visa processing system with high accuracy.

  4. Handle biometric data collection (if applicable).

  5. Provide clear and professional guidance to applicants regarding visa requirements and procedures.

  6. Address inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via in-person, phone, or email communication.

  7. Ensure a courteous and efficient service experience for all applicants

  8. Identify discrepancies or suspicious documentation and escalate as necessary.

  9. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of applicant information.

  10. Support general office operations when required and fulfill tasks as delegated by the Director and Managing Director of CIIC Service Bangladesh Co. Ltd.
