Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analyze market data, including customer preferences, trends, and competitor analysis, to provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
∎ Collect information on “dealer stock, secondary sales, return/damage products” from company dealers.
∎ Conduct market research and surveys to identify potential target markets and consumer behavior patterns.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
∎ Collect competitor's necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to senior management.
∎ Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, including key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
∎ Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to diverse audiences. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to share market insights and facilitate informed decision-making.
∎ Market Visit Planning: Plan and schedule market visits to gather information on the activities and performance of the company's products or services. Determine the frequency and locations of visits based on market needs and priorities.
∎ Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the company's marketing activities and initiatives to assess their effectiveness and impact on the market.
∎ Ethical Practices: Conduct all activities with integrity, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
∎ Shopkeeper’s Feedback Collection: Interact with customers during market visits to gather their feedback, opinions, and suggestions regarding the company's products or services. Utilize various feedback collection methods, such as surveys or focus groups, to gain insights into customer preferences, satisfaction levels, and unmet needs.
∎ Mostly, traveling to different districts to collect marketing information.
