Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing will get priority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and external marketing for the health care services.
∎ Visit Doctors in hospitals, clinics, private chambers and other healthcare institutions.
∎ Plan and implement various marketing strategies for the company to attract new clients and retain the existing ones.
∎ Maintain coordination with healthcare providers and clients that will help to drive revenue growth.
∎ Design promotional materials for our Hospital and communicate with clients when necessary.
∎ Collect market share competitor information for business development.
∎ Monitor the competitors' activities and competitor brands movements, and prepare the plan accordingly to increase the market share.
∎ Explore the demand of the customers and satisfy those by professional reactivity
∎ Prepare proper documentation to preserve the market analysis reports and forward it to the superiors.
∎ Achieving the monthly Sales Target well in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Technical knowledge and communication skill to convince clients.
∎ Professional ethics and behavior to deal with customer.
∎ Persistence and determination.
∎ To be flexible and open to change.
∎ Ability to work well with others.
∎ Ability to use your initiative.
∎ To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills.
