As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for dynamic, self-driven, and target-oriented Marketing Executives to join our Sales & Marketing Team.
The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, directly dealing with retailers, dealers, and end-users, ensuring the sale of our water battery products. This position requires frequent field visits, excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. You must be enthusiastic about reaching sales targets and maintaining client relationships.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for water battery products.
- Prepare area-wise sales planning and execute accordingly.
Market Expansion & Dealer Management
- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers/retailers.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordination with logistics for delivery.
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Educate customers and dealers about product features, warranty terms, usage guidelines, and benefits.
- Address queries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct market visits to understand customer feedback and gather competitive insights.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, client interaction records, and inventory updates.
- Submit market intelligence reports regarding competitors, pricing, and promotions.
- Regularly report to the Sales Supervisor/Manager about progress and challenges.
Promotions & Branding
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and brand visibility activities.
- Ensure POS materials and product displays are well-maintained at dealer points.
After-Sales Support
- Coordinate with service teams to handle warranty claims and replacement issues.
- Build trust and loyalty among customers by ensuring effective post-sale service.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments (inventory, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training programs arranged by the company.
Compliance
- Ensure all company policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures are followed during all interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing, customer data, and sales strategy.
