Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
∎ Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
∎ Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
∎ Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Zero Byte’s SaaS solutions effectively.
∎ Sales Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer needs are met.
∎ Market Feedback and Insights: Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
∎ Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
∎ Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
∎ Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
