∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition with the guidance of the company management
∎ Build efficient and intuitive marketing strategies on medical tourism
∎ Create our own brand and innovative ideas for market sustainability
∎ Make promotional strategies and execute accordingly (online & offline promotions including website contents)
∎ Sales prospect hunting in the market by meeting doctors
∎ Present, promote and sell health services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
∎ Work closely with the team troika-aid to achieve overall goal of the company
∎ Continuous improve through feedback
∎ Collaboration with accounts to prepare budget and monitoring marketing expenses

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
