Job Context:
∎ We are looking for hiring an experienced specialist - Tiles & Sanitary Marketing to help our company`s Tiles & Sanitary sales. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing Tiles & Sanitary Marketing strategies, implementing Tiles & Sanitary Marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the Tiles & Sanitary Marketing campaigns, including good Tiles & Sanitary Development Knowledge and Tiles & Sanitary Marketing area. And who has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build and maintain rapport with existing and potential customers.
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, manage digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Must have experience on the Facebook boosting, messaging, Facebook live, call etc.
∎ Must have ability for social media communication.
∎ Must have ability to generate & increase the Sales.
∎ To meet sales target and individual targets.
∎ Must have ability for communicate retail customer.
∎ To work as per the guidance of respective supervisor for achieving the given sales target.
∎ To achieve monthly, Quarterly, and annual sales target.
∎ Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reporting of sales activity.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ To develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans for tiles & sanitary product and have ability to forecast & to achieve the targeted sales volume.
∎ Develop & implement marketing plan for more selling in both field & Digital market.
∎ Prepare yearly/half yearly sales budget for product sales, marketing planning & implementation.
∎ Making selling product development plan for meeting long & short-term target.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing customer & adopting policy to hunt new customer.
∎ Communicate with project engineer.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ To use Tiles & Sanitary market knowledge to identify potential clients and initiate contact.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years in Tiles & Sanitary Marketing.
∎ Skills Required: Creative
∎ The applicants should have experience in Tiles & Sanitary Marketing.
∎ The applicants will be preferred experience in Online communication.
