Job Context

HR Holdings Ltd. is a sister concern of HR Group. There have three running Project named HR Satellite city, HR Paradise & Sinbad Sinbad Eco Resort Ltd. Our ongoing project is at Coxsbazar & Saint Martin. We are looking currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive & Sr. Marketing Executive to lead Hotel Share Sales & Plot Sales, driving client success in the digital arena.

Job Responsibilities

• Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.

• Must have sufficient knowledge in Hotel Share selling & Plot Sales

• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base and generating leads.

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.

• Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

• Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly.

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.

• Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.

• Collect the required documents from customer.

• Maintain and update customer database.

• Maintain good relationship with clients.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
