∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be responsible for the entire activities of Legal & land Department.
∎ Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal & land issues in the business activities.
∎ To be responsible for providing legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents.
∎ To be responsible for preparing various kinds of legal agreement i.e. MOU, DOA, etc.
∎ Interact with Advisor in handling disputes, litigation, governmental queries, statutory compliances, etc.
∎ Handling internal control systems (legal & estate audit) to ensure that the set quality standards are maintained and duly observed in the preparation, closure and administration of agreements.
∎ Updating management with relevant legal & estate updates impacting the groups business.
∎ Handling in-depth, Contracts law, Transfer of Property Act and Rent Act; litigation.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and real estate issues.
∎ Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company.
∎ Drafting all kinds of legal & estate documents.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by reporting supervisor/ management.

There have four running Project named HR Satellite city, HR Paradise, Sinbad Sinbad Eco Resort Ltd & HR Model Town are our ongoing project is at Mawa Coxsbazar & Saint Martin. We are looking currently seeking a dynamic Legal officer for supporting to prepare land documentation & look after civil mamla.
