Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC
∎ BA/ B.Com/ Honors' (Marketing)/ Diploma in Automobiles from reputed institution.
∎ Preferable in marketing section.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customer for establish, maintain and expand sales & develop market for RAVENOL Lubricants brand.
∎ Communicate with target customers and managing customer relationship according to route schedule provided by the company.
∎ Collect the sales orders and ensure delivery of products through the respective distributor and follow up the payment receivable.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases of responsible area also achieve the sales target fixed by the authority.
∎ Collect information of competitor's activities & reported to Head Office accordingly. Report to the superior authority about daily, weekly and monthly sales & collection.
∎ Manage various types of promotional activities as like as meetings, Seminars, Conferences, Free servicing campaigns etc. with the participants of dealers, retailers, mechanics & others when company required.
∎ Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Experience in lubricants marketing will get preference.
∎ Minimum 2 years, Should be experience in lubricating sector.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary to be determined based on target and experience. In Addition Sales commission, Festivals bonus, performance incentive and all other benefits time to time declared by the company.
