∎ Impressive portfolio of previously managed Sales (meetings, parties, etc.)
∎ Excellent time management and communication skills
∎ Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects independently
∎ Expert on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
∎ Experience in Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, organize or management or related work experience is an Minimum of three (2-3) years of professional experience in Data Engineering, SEO, or Digital Marketing Hands on experience with Digital Marketing, CRM and ERP tools – Go High Level (GHL), Odoo, HubSpot etc. Knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) Strong understanding of Digital Marketing – Go High Level (GHL), SEO, Funnels, Emails, Content, SMMA, PPC, etc.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Positive and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Marketing for digital and Offline.
∎ Create new customer and maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Visit different organizations / places for developing business/creating new clients
∎ Developing the marketing strategy and plan.
∎ Any other as assigned by management for the interest of the Organization.
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Collaborate with diverse teams, including content creators, designers, and SMEs, to align digital marketing efforts.
∎ Create and run full-scale email marketing campaigns in High Level or similar tools aligned with brand guidelines.
∎ Skilled in creating and optimizing sales funnels for efficient lead conversion and acquisition, and present data.
∎ Adapt in leveraging social media platforms for advertisements, brand engagement and growth strategies.
∎ Expertise in SEO with keyword research and on-page optimization, with SEO-optimized, compelling content.
∎ Proficiency in ethically utilizing Facebook Pixel or similar for tracking, optimizing ads, and audience targeting.
∎ Build and lead a dynamic Digital Marketing team, including hiring and mentoring junior/entry-level members.
∎ Stay current with latest trends, apply new processes, knowledge, and tools to drive digital marketing excellence
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
