Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect competitive quotation from local/overseas vendors as per requirement
∎ Prepare purchase order/follow-up with the vendor for delivery within agreed time line
∎ LC opening /documentation follow-up
∎ C&F activities management
∎ Prepare export related work (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list & country of origin)
∎ To ensure a strong follow up about shipment status
∎ Any other assignment as given by management time to time
∎ Collect competitive quotation from local/overseas vendors as per requirement
∎ Prepare purchase order/follow-up with the vendor for delivery within agreed time line
∎ LC opening /documentation follow-up
∎ C&F activities management
∎ Prepare export related work (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list & country of origin)
