Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to collect/ source of the foreign buyer.
∎ To have a vast knowledge about pricing.
∎ Overseeing full of factory.
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan.
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meeting with inventory & Material Control team for order planning.
∎ Reviewing the production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment/delivery target.
∎ Building relationships with the inventory department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate daily production meetings in accordance with other relevant departments.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solutions for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Report to the authority in detail for time to time.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
