We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to manage inbound customer inquiries, close sales, and ensure excellent post-sale service.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat, and phone calls
Guide customers throughout the purchase process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Keep accurate records of communications and sales
