Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the assigned territory as per budget.
∎ Routinely update supervisor about any information, suggestion and criticism related with the activities of the territory.
∎ Organize retailers/dealers/distributor briefing session when required.
∎ Control the credit customer as per company guideline and confirm the credit status of the respective customers frequently.
∎ Support the marketing team in day to day activities.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports and expenses bills on time.
∎ Create and develop new and innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and email for marketing of our products. Planning & organizing for different marketing activities.
∎ Assist in formulating strategic plan to achieve growth and meet sales target.
∎ Assist in planning & directing activities of the field sales force to secure maximum organizational sales volume and profit target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced candidates will get preference.
∎ Physical fitness for frequent travelling.
∎ Motorcycle driving skill will get preference.
∎ Extra-curricular activities i.e. involvement in any club/organization.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
