∎ Skills Required: Business development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Residential Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Idea generate in the business plan.
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Identifies and research potential new Flats & Commercial places.
∎ Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own customer.
∎ Must be experienced in negotiation price & payment schedules.
∎ Must be creative, Smart & Positive minded.
∎ Can access to costs of company purchase & inventory.
∎ Must be able to develop long term / short term plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years in Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior (Home, Office and others), Exterior, Market Research & Marketing.
