Responsibilities & Context:

• Must fulfil the target given by the Company.

• Identifies and research potential new projects & client handling.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design, fit-out, and upcoming or running projects.

• Generate leads through direct client visits, networking, referrals, social media, and corporate contacts.

• Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements, budget, and project scope.

• Conduct regular visits to offices, commercial spaces, showrooms, restaurants, hotels, and residential projects for business development.

• Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure proper project planning and client satisfaction.

• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project approvals to achieve sales targets.

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and submit progress updates to management.
