Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via various communication channels.
∎ Handle client calls (both incoming and outgoing) and manage appointment scheduling.
∎ Answer client queries about product specifications and uses.
∎ Sell products/services to existing customers and maintain strong client relationships.
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
∎ Maintain and enhance client relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
∎ Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
∎ Handle social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to engage with the audience and promote the brand.
∎ Create, schedule, and manage posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
∎ Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors for marketing campaigns.
∎ Assist in promoting the company’s brand and products through various marketing channels.
∎ Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand’s image and guidelines.
∎ Keep accurate records of sales history and track performance metrics.
∎ Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
∎ Create and present sales performance reports to management.
∎ Manage tasks related to events, collaborations, and official parties as assigned by management.
