Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master or BBA/MBA Degree (Major in Marketing).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages and provide information.
∎ Welcomes customers by greeting, answering questions & responding to requests.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly.
∎ Should be able to handle customers in a proper and polite manner.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with relevant customers.
∎ Keep a record of customers with name, address & contact number.
∎ Receiving customer queries and reporting day to day activities to the concern department.
∎ Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience at Real Estate business area.
∎ Bachelor candidate should have experience minimum 04 (Four) year's.
∎ BBA & MBA candidate should have experience minimum 02 (Two) year's.
∎ Sound knowledge about Real Estate business & present market.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.

Salary: Negotiable
