Experience:
MBA/BBA in Marketing or related fields
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant designation.
Experience in NGO sector will be given preference.
Proven experience as Digital, Social and Content Marketing
Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
Effective multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Ability to create marketing planning presentation decks using standard presentation software.
Ability to integrate storytelling in the marketing planning process.
Good at Writing and proofreading creative copy (Both English & Bangla).
Overview: Amal Foundation, a leading non-profit organization, focuses on education, emergency response, health, and women’s empowerment. Since 2014, we have worked on numerous projects, including supporting displaced communities on remote riverine islands in the North, facilitating a community health center, building schools, supporting Rohingya refugees with food, clothing, and shelter, and creating a women’s skills and training center. We are now looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and traditional marketing methods etc.
Managing and developing marketing campaigns, events, and project exhibition campaigns to promote the NGO`s mission, projects, and fundraising efforts.
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends & brand awareness.
Capability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, partner organizations, and media outlets.
Utilizing Amal’s Website as the nucleus for digital marketing of Amal.
Respond and collaborate with other departments.
Any other task assigned by the management.
