• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Personal Laptop is must.

Working Time 8.00 AM - 5.30 PM

Ability to work in pressure

Prior Experience in Loan Recovery is a plus.

• Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and mail.

• Negotiate repayment schedule and settlements within company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

• Monitor and follow up on payment commitments.

• Deliver payment reminders and provide accurate collection update to supervisor.

• Maintain proper documentation of collections and submit daily reports.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance.

• Use collection software and CRM systems effectively.

• Escalate cases of potential fraud or high-risk accounts to management.

• Provide excellent customer service while recovering debts.

• Any other tasks assign by higher management.
