∎ This position requires to guide and provide appropriate direction to entire the marketing team to achieve the budget and ensure continuous growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the entire marketing division and provide the appropriate business direction.
∎ Implement innovative marketing plans and strategies, improve market share and ensure market leadership in a competitive business environment.
∎ Achieve business’s financial objective of top line, gross profit, operational expenditure and inventory management.
∎ Develop marketing mix in accordance with brand guidelines to enhance brand awareness, image and quality.
∎ Initiate and drive product pricing and pricing strategy considering profitability and market consideration.
∎ Responsible for managing debtor and outstanding of the business through ensuring proper assessment and selection of credit customers.
∎ Strictly maintain the optimal inventory level. Improve transparency and accuracy in the inventory management system.
∎ Monitoring the competitors’ marketing and sales promotional strategies and submit report' to top management.
∎ Continuously develop team members in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude so that they can go up the career ladder.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of successful track record in Marketing of Animal Pharmaceuticals/ Human Pharmaceuticals/ FMCG industry.
∎ In depth knowledge on market, marketing strategies & operation.
∎ Excellent business acumen.
∎ Knowledge on production & distribution.
∎ Understanding of sales operation.
∎ Strong leadership skills
∎ Excellent social skills
