Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters ((Preferable in Marketing/ Business Administration/Statistics/English/Economics/Social Science) with at least 5 years' experience in NGO sector;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize day to day field activities according to the project action/operation plan;
∎ Building good rapport with the communities and strongly mobilize the project participants and stakeholders;
∎ Identify relevant market actors, potential enterprises, assesses end markets and develops value chain maps
∎ Make regular market visit, price monitoring, chart development and beneficiary communication.
∎ Identify relevant market actors and potential enterprises.
∎ Facilitate the development and expansion of relationships among buyers, input suppliers, producer groups for their product and acts as focal point for promoting value chain and market system development.
∎ Collaborate and maintain relationships with the private sector.
∎ Regular IGA monitoring and follow up groups.
∎ Attend different meeting, training, workshop and other event activities.
∎ Provide field report to concern authority regularly and as or when necessary.
∎ Coordinate with community representatives, leaders and other stakeholders including Govt. and NGO's;
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as guided by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Workplace -Tala upazila, Satkhira
∎ Have experience to marketing and monitoring;
∎ Diverse knowledge on DRR, MEAL and livelihood issues;
∎ Experience of driving Motor Cycle with having valid Motor Cycle driving license
∎ Knowledge on IT (MS word, Excel, Power point etc)
∎ Reporting in English
Salary: Tk. 26000 (Monthly)
