Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
∎ Own, manage and optimize HubSpot account and maintain CRM integration and assist in the integration of additional platforms.
∎ Partner with stakeholders to shape, build and launch engaging email campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continuous improvement.
∎ Leverage marketing automation to develop campaigns and programs based on unique business rules; develop associated assets including forms, CTAs, landing pages.
∎ Implement and optimize campaign tracking to measure effectiveness on new and existing programs and distribute campaign performance to marketing team.
∎ Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
∎ Advise and execute on audience segmentation strategies leveraging demographic and behavioral criteria from multiple sources for optimal design and response.
∎ Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
∎ Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
∎ Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and SAP CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, Q/A and data cleansing.
∎ Establish and execute the marketing strategy for current and new privacy policies (GDPR, CCPA, etc) to ensure programs are compliant
∎ Manage acquisition of new contacts on a regular basis from sources such as ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, and ad hoc events.
∎ Onboard and train new team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years Proven Marketing Automation Experience (Preferably HubSpot)
∎ 3+ years CRM Experience (Preferably SAP)
∎ 3+ years of experience in email marketing, production, and execution
∎ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and MS Excel
∎ Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
∎ Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments
∎ Capability and eagerness to think outside the box
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
∎ Experience integrating marketing automation systems with CRM
∎ Strong understanding of B2C/B2B audiences and how to convert both down the sales funnel
∎ A creative and aesthetic eye, and can adhere to on-brand visual look and feel, not solely executional or operational
∎ Preferred Requirements:
∎ HubSpot Certification Credentials
∎ Experience working at a B2B healthcare company
∎ Experience with ABM platforms (i.e. Demandbase, Engagio, or 6Sense)
∎ Experience using ZoomInfo or Definitive Healthcare Contact Acquisition Applications is a plus
∎ Experience managing or building out chat-bot logic (i.e. Drift or Intercom)
