∎ As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, building, and supporting marketing automation campaigns that will drive inbound sales. The day to day will include organizing inbound prospects into several engagement paths and optimizing those programs to deliver the right message at the right time and delivering sales-ready prospects to the sales team. This person will need to be an expert at content creation and system operations as well as rigorous towards data and optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Pardot marketing automation platform, including integration with Salesforce.com and other platforms
∎ Optimize use of Pardot to refine and segment lead nurturing campaigns to ensure continuous lead engagement throughout the sales cycle.
∎ Optimize lead lifecycle management processes, including lead stages, lead-handoff process, and SLAs to ensure prospects are continually moving through the funnel and being handed off to sales at the right time and w/the right information and expectations.
∎ Help integrate tracking and coordination of offline, social, partner digital marketing strategies within Pardot.
∎ Build and refine lead scoring models, with a focus on increasing lead to opportunity conversion rates.
∎ Develop clear, compelling content and offers (engagement programs, forms, lists, etc.) for email campaigns and nurture emails.
∎ Create email templates, lead nurturing campaigns, and landing pages in Pardot.
∎ Track, measure, and analyze program performance; improve overall effectiveness on an ongoing basis by A/B testing creative and offers; own the demand generation dashboard to produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
∎ Work closely with Chief Marketing Officer on strategy for content to support demand generation programs.
∎ Work with design/web team to implement tracking code, web form connections, and build landing pages
∎ Created automated programs for IdeaScale's customer base with custom content for each stage of the customer lifecycle.
∎ Develop dashboards and reports to regularly track campaign success and pipeline health and share results with senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Impeccable fluency in English is a must
∎ 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS or other technology
∎ Proficiency working with marketing automation platforms (specifically Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce.com)
∎ Experience developing inbound demand generation strategies and meeting ambitious lead generation and revenue targets
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and provide concurrent reporting
∎ Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills
∎ Familiarity with HTML/email design highly valued
∎ Understanding of Marketing Automation best practices (like permission-based marketing compliance and list hygiene)
∎ Must be task-oriented and self-driven to meet project timelines
∎ Superb communication skills, rapid content creator
