• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 1 years

• Age 18 to 35 years

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
•       Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure final selection and enrollment of learners for BRAC institute of Skills Development

• Manage the promotional and marketing activities to reinforce the learner collection process

• Ensure admission fees from learners are collected and all due are paid before certification

• Monitor learner attendance, preventing learner dropouts and ensuring graduation in regular basis

• Check the day-to-day activities at the field level.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly report as per project requirement.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
