Experience:
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Fisheries from any recognized university.
M. Sc. In Zoology (Fisheries)/ Diploma in Fisheries with field experience may also apply.
BBA/BA/BSS/B.Sc (Honours) or Masters in any discipline with field experience may also apply.
Strong communication skills (Both written & verbal) and ability to prepare field reports.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication) is mandatory.
1-4 years in aqua medicine marketing/Technical support/ field support
Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply (Training will be provided)
Excellent communication & Negotiations skilled is must.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to support farmers with technical guidance on aquaculture health management.
Promote and ensure proper application of company products through demonstrations and farmer meeting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers and stakeholders to achieve market growth.
Collect and analyze market information, competitor activity and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
Achieve monthly sales & collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Organize and participate in training, workshops and promotional events arranged by the company.
Provide timely and accurate reports to management for decision making.
Work in close collaboration with the marketing & technical team to achieve organizational objectives.
