∎ IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,North South University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Marketing and Management (Bonus)
∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Corporate Sales, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ICT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Negotiate and Execute Multiple Sales and growth of the market.
∎ Manage the implementation of brand programming within channels (Large Format, Small Format, On Premise) to delivery share growth.
∎ Manage the trade spend and ROI for all channel programs.
∎ Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each channel's key levers.
∎ Creating and prducing Market selling Initiatives and Programs.
∎ KPI's - Channel Volume for Region - Program Objective Execution.
∎ It is critical that this person is able to collaborate across departments to effectively communicate goals/deadlines and ultimately execute trade and event plans.
∎ This person needs to be extremely organized, thought forward with the ability to juggle multiple sales priorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honesty, Hard Worker, Long-term commitment, stress management, creating sales growth in diversified ways.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Sales Target depending on your outcome. TA, Mobile bill available.
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
