### 🔍 Role Overview

As our Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies tailored for a fast-growing AI company. From campaign ideation to execution, your work will directly impact our growth, visibility, and market positioning.

### 💡 Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for an AI/tech company

- Plan and launch high-impact ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

- Create innovative ad ideas and campaign concepts aligned with our brand

- Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and tone

- Manage social media strategy and content direction

- Work with design & tech teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms

- Plan and optimize performance marketing funnels (lead gen, conversions, retargeting)

- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize ROI and CAC

- Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities

- Oversee website/content strategy including SEO & landing pages

### 🧠 Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in marketing for tech startups or AI/SaaS companies

- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems

- Expertise in paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

- Experience with growth marketing & performance-driven campaigns

- Ability to create creative ad concepts and storytelling campaigns

- Knowledge of branding, positioning, and user psychology

- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

- Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and A/B testing

- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

- Experience in AI product marketing

- Knowledge of content marketing & copywriting

- Experience managing viral or high-growth campaigns
