∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
∎ To develop new customers and report to the Sales and Marketing Director.
∎ Generate monthly follow-up and visit reports, forward to the manager.
∎ Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with clients.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
