∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management.
∎ MBA (Marketing/Strategic Management) preferred.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Specifically: Practical experience in consumer products, agro products, electronics, automotive, spices, food products, EV, or trading business.
∎ Practical knowledge of B2B and B2C sales, dealer/distribution network development, and import-export process is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, presentatio, and negotiation skills
∎ Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-oriented
∎ Must have 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the current market situation and collect and analyze information about emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
∎ Provide strategic advice on planning new products and determining market positioning.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales at the national level.
∎ Build and maintain professional relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
∎ Actively participate in and play a role in organizing various marketing activities, including fairs, exhibitions, and promotions.
∎ Prepare and analyze detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to assist management in making informed decisions.
∎ Coordinate with the product and supply (logistics) team to ensure product supply and customer service.
∎ Lead discussions related to B2B, B2C, and institutional sales and assist in concluding contracts.
