Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify market gaps and propose new product opportunities aligned with global baking trends.
∎ Coordinate with international suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and ensure consistent product innovation.
∎ Oversee testing and adaptation of new products to fit local market requirements.
∎ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product performance and compliance.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new customer segments.· Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new market segments across Bangladesh.
∎ Strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and develop strategic partnerships with new B2B clients.
∎ Design and lead product awareness campaigns, demos, workshops, and training sessions for clients and partners.
∎ Continuously Drive to Convert the Potential Leads into the Successful Buyers.
∎ Develop Trade Relationships with Big volume Clients and also Ensure Quality Customer Service.
∎ Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams to align product offerings with business goals.
∎ Provide input for pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies based on market intelligence.
∎ Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
∎ Assist in preparing technical documents, sales kits, and promotional content.
