∎ Graduation from Any Private/Public University.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: 30 to 40 years;
∎ At least more than 06 year(s) prior experience as the professional administrator in the foreign company or foreign project;
∎ Japanese or Japanese Language Skill: N1 Level.
∎ Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic and business plans in the foreign company or foreign project.;
∎ Ability to understand the agricultural (sweet potato processing products selling) business;
∎ Must have experience to work with Japanese Management;
∎ Know the expectation of Japanese Management and also know the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals.
∎ Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future.
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
