∎ Experience in agriculture or handling agricultural products (preferably sweet potatoes or other tubers)
∎ The ideal candidate must be responsible, Patient and resilient, Cooperative, Physically strong and healthy.
∎ When staffs doesn't follow instructions, can provide guidance and caution
∎ Experience: N/A
∎ Skills & Expertise: Have Fluency in speaking and communicate perfectly in both Bangla and English Language.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Management and record-keeping of harvested sweet potatoes
∎ Supervision and guidance of temporary workers in handling sweet potatoes (Curing, sorting, transportation, dry and washing etc.)
∎ Monitoring and managing storage conditions, including temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration in the warehouse
∎ Securing the warehouse and managing keys
∎ Managing and recording spoilage and losses
∎ Managing and recording stock inflow and outflow
∎ Directing which crates to work on and ensuring workers follow instructions
∎ Conducting regular inventory checks and lot management
∎ Supervising warehouse hygiene, instructing cleaning procedures, and ensuring sanitation（Insect and rodent control）
∎ Analyzing the causes of spoilage and losses
∎ Managing empty crates and cover loss sheets
∎ Management of curing room
∎ Monitoring of the Coverloss sheet effect
∎ Data entry and analysis using a computer
∎ Recording losses due to moisture evaporation
∎ Reporting various records
∎ Other tasks as instructed by the supervisor
∎ Coordination with Sales team cold storage staff, and labor

∎ This is a full-time on-site role as a Cold storage Supervisor/ Storage incharge in the cold storage of Naruto Japan Co., Ltd. As a Supervisor/ incharge, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks. Strong communication skills, Patience and resilience are essential for this role.
