Qualifications

• The sales lady in Food Sector will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within their designated territory in Dhaka. This role setting sales targets, developing strategic plans to expand customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Sales Lady in the food industry sector.

Skills & Expertise:

• Have Fluency in speaking and communicate perfectly in both Bangla and English Language.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Lady in the super shop of Naruto Japan Co., Ltd. As a sales lady, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to sales. Strong communication skills and ready sales abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in Dhaka.

• Frozen sweet potato Candy and Baked Sweet potato Selling in super shop

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Salary: About Tk. 16000 (Monthly) & incentive on sales volume
