Educational Requirements:

∎ Should Have a foreign degree specially any institute in Europe.
∎ Preferably having any apparels/ or IE/marketing background
∎ Should have a sound knowledge in Italian Language
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will lead the marketing and operation Department
∎ Be able to establish new buyers for company
∎ Be able to make the efficient plan of marketing & merchandising chain from buyer orders, preparation of material supplies, production line planning item until finishing
∎ Always aware about updated compliance (s) & make it happened
∎ Establish Business opportunities for Banglatex Limited
∎ Ensure Business profitability with having good knowledge about Knit and Woven Garment.
∎ Must have individual new buyer sourcing capacity.
∎ Should able to collect the orders per month and the subsequent months.
∎ Supervision & Monitoring marketing cost-effectiveness and service reporting and other duties as assigned by the shareholders.
∎ Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
∎ Maintain proper KPI target/ratio.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA;
∎ Involvement in meetings: attends pre-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting.
∎ Must have good relation with reputed buyers.
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising & production operations.
∎ Discussion: With other internal team members (like merchandisers, fabric manager, and quality manager, cutting team, planning, IE team & store, etc.) for smooth and efficient production.
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets.
∎ Individual communication capacity efficiency with buyer all over the source and raw materials booking and delivery.
∎ Plan and follow up external factories for timely shipment.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about current market trend and buyer compliance standard.
∎ Collect Order from Buyer
∎ Prepare price quotation and cost sheet.
∎ Follow up activities from booking to shipment.
∎ Maintain communication with buyers including sample follow up.
∎ Assist the product development process to ensure that products meet customer's quality.
∎ Work with production department to ensure quality and timely delivery goods.
∎ Manage all buying and merchandising assortment activities.
∎ Understand and follow up customer procedures for order execution.
∎ Should have sound communication skill to communicate with Government Officials, Bank and attend any type of meeting to expose company stand.
∎ Be able to handle administrative operation and supervise the administrative team to continue smooth operation of company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be able to calculate accurate production cost, lost & profit and make the projection summary
∎ Be able to work in the team and be a good leader
∎ Be strict & discipline to the junior regarding their performance
∎ Be honest, sincere, hardworking & energetic
∎ Good personality is must.
∎ The candidate must have experiences in respective field in well reputed high compliance international brands.
∎ Must be capable to procure good order.
∎ In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories & cm.
∎ Must have capacity booking of marketing as per requirement of factory at least 3 to 4 months in advance.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead the team & motivate officers and staff.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a specific time-frame.
∎ Should be good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Should be good team player, well organized, self-initiative and detail oriented.
∎ Local & Foreign persons are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Vast experience in Padding/ Quilting/ Ball Fiber/Woven Merchandising and factory follow ups.
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English & Italian.
∎ Commitment, attitude, honest and ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
∎ Lead a team of merchandisers.
∎ Candidate must be specialized in production follow up.
∎ Strong Technical knowledge in PPF/PSF Fiber, Fabrics, Trims & Accessories sewing quality etc.
∎ Preferably working in international company in European countries.
∎ Candidates must have a strong character and be committed to accomplish and achieve set goal.
∎ Candidate should have habituate with European Culture
