B.Sc in Automobile Engineering preferred / Master's Degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements:
Should have knowledge of automobile spare parts.
Should know about BRTA regulations.
Applicant must have depth knowledge on transport poll management like staff, driver, helper duty monitoring.
Having good knowledge on local market explore & purchase in competitive price.
MUST have proven track records of managing medium/large teams.
MUST have experience in managing Transport/Logistic Maintenance Department in any prominent Local or Multinational Company.
Advanced knowledge of Computer operation is a MUST.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for transport management and maintenance of the group.
Ensure the day to day tasks such as route planning, resource allocation and management, driver supervision.
Ensure 24/7 Transport services towards 100% Export/Import/Supply Chain and others related Off-dock operations of the Company.
Fully Responsible for Inventory Management: Fuel, Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, workshop supervision etc.
Maintain liaison and coordination with BRTA, Local Police, Chittagong Port, Trade Organization, Transport Vendors, Industrial Police, Government Agencies and other parties in relation to smooth operations of Transport departments.
Attend Accident Site and deal with the situation.
Ensure the smooth operation of transport maintenance workshop.
Plan regular scheduled workdays for preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensure the scheduled checks on vehicle and spare parts.
Keep update on the vehicle documents (tax token, fitness, insurance etc) and make necessary arrangement of new vehicle registration.
Keep all existing license/Certificates up to date and also obtain new license as and when required.
Monitor and Manage Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and Inventory Management Systems.
Any other task assign by the Management
