∎ Plan and develop marketing and merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Set annual Team revenue target & drive to achieve the target.
∎ Should have knowledge on commercial process.
∎ Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices quantities and time scales.
∎ Supervise, coordinate and lead merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven garments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years' experience is required on Woven Business.
∎ Below 45 Years of age.
∎ Fluent & articulate in writing & Spoking English.
∎ Well organized, creative, result driven, team player.
