Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in Human Resource Management will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Organizational Development, Performance Management System, Training and Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, strategies, and guidelines for compliance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementation aligned with the organizational goals
∎ Coordinate and conduct proper manpower planning, job analysis & prepare job description of employees at different levels as per company policy
∎ Set KPI of all level of Employees starting from the Management Level
∎ Managing general HR functions such as recruitment, staffing, induction, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, etc. as per company policy
∎ Develop and execute the training and development strategy based on Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in the organization
∎ Familiar with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring a structured process in the organization
∎ Managing and ensuring a structured organizational grievance system and proper implementations of disciplinary procedures and actions as per laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare various types of Corporate HR Related Letters e.g- Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Experience, Invitation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, and Dismissal Letter and so on.
∎ Coordinating HR Team of other plant and Head Office
∎ Develop, Monitor and continue to improve service delivery standards for the HR function by developing appropriate HR metrics of respective complex;
∎ Advise management on the proper implementation of the company's formal job evaluation scheme and grading system for new, revised and promoted roles;
∎ Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
∎ Complete exit function formalities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla English, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Problem solving and analytical skill
