∎ Age 40 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Farm Management & Technical Service Look after Fisheries, poultry farm, plantation, Agro Base all of things expert and monitoring disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and security.
∎ Preparing and verifying all production & administrative reports.
∎ Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results occur in the farm Local issues and administrative work.
∎ Submit performance report of farms weekly.
∎ Arrange monthly technical seminar for two small groups of farmers.
∎ Provide technical services to the farmers by visiting farms and counselling them.
∎ Encourage agents and support the establishment of firm.
∎ Carry feedback on product performance to the higher authority/supervisor.
∎ Coordinate with the Sales team of the respective areas for promotion.
∎ Crisis moment management and decision making in coordination with local authority.
