Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Prepare plans for purchasing Medicine, Vaccines, and General Items of Breeders operations.
∎ 2. Collect quotations from vendors & negotiate prices to ensure the purchase at a competitive rate
∎ 3. Generate the purchase order (PO) in the system against the selected vendor to purchase the material.
∎ 4. Check all the documents; i.e. GRN/MRR, supplier’s bill copy, delivery challan, purchase order, and other documents to ensure the payment is within due time.
∎ 5. Monitor the delivery of materials to the respective location within the stipulated time frame
∎ 6. Identifies new technologies and products/services, and evaluates, and recommends potential suppliers.
∎ 7. Maintain and update all the relevant records.
∎ 8. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
