Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the overall execution of various projects to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
∎ Coordinate between different teams and projects for smooth operational flow.
∎ Oversee the maintenance, security, and functionality of the premises, including a cosmetic factory, dairy farm, poultry farm, duck farm, aquaculture and additional facilities.
∎ Ensure all areas meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
∎ Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard assets, personnel, and premises.
∎ Collaborate with security personnel to handle incidents and implement preventive measures.
∎ Manage administrative tasks, including workforce allocation, attendance, and operational documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
∎ Monitor daily activities and resolve issues across all departments.
∎ Maintain strong coordination among teams to meet project objectives.
∎ Provide detailed reports to the Project In-Charge as well as to the CEO on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
∎ Suggest improvements for operational efficiency and resource optimization.
∎ Retired defense or army personnel preferred.
∎ Prior experience in supervision, project management, or administration is highly desirable.
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficiency in administrative management and report writing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ Green Biotechnology is a concern of Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals. Its seeking a dedicated and disciplined individual to supervise and manage its diverse project premises, including a cosmetic factory, dairy farm, poultry farm, duck farm, aquaculture and other significant ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and administration, preferably with experience in defense or armed forces.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Project Management:
∎ Supervise the overall execution of various projects to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
