Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement long-term/short term/ seasonal landscaping and plantation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Oversee the planning, design, and execution of landscaping projects, including new installations and renovations.
∎ Provide insights to enhance landscaping scopes; Mowing, Edging, Cleaning & Installations.
∎ Supervise gardeners (100+) regarding Planting, Watering, Fertilizing, Pruning, Weeding, Pest and Disease Control & Monitoring Plant Health.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for landscaping, plantation, and grounds maintenance activities.
∎ Provide expert guidance on plant selection, care, and maintenance.
∎ Ensure the health and vitality of all plants, trees, and landscaped areas.
∎ Implement sustainable horticultural practices.
∎ Oversee the operation and maintenance of gardening and landscaping equipment.
∎ Prepare and manage annual budgets for the department.
∎ Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness, manage inventory of gardening supplies and equipment.
