Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Prepare plans for purchasing feed additives and raw materials both from local and international markets.
∎ 2. Maintain close monitoring of market trends, substitute products, and relations with suppliers to create a competitive advantage.
∎ 3. Ensure timely delivery and manage transport for both in-house and outsource.
∎ 4. Maintain and update all the relevant records.
∎ 5. Generate the purchase order (PO) in the system against the selected vendor to purchase the material.
∎ 6. Check all the documents; i.e. GRN/MRR, supplier’s bill copy, delivery challan, purchase order, and other documents to ensure the payment is within due time.
∎ 7. Identifies new technologies and products/services, and evaluates, and recommends potential suppliers.
∎ 8. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
